The Student Development and Welfare Cell is committed to assisting students in growing as individuals in all areas of life, and to that end, it offers a variety of student-focused events all year long. All enrolled students are eligible to join the Student Welfare Section of North Maharashtra University Jalgaon and take part in all events. To discover students' latent abilities, this discipline offers them a platform, possibilities, and a supportive atmosphere through the implementation of various student development-focused initiatives and the execution of recreational and academic events.

Aims
- To enhance youngsters’ overall growth.
- To make higher education accessible to all students who require it.
- To encourage students to take up leadership roles.
- To create citizens who are socially conscious.

- Rendering financial support to students that have financial barriers in collaboration with university.
- Planning student-focused events and activities, workshops that are funded by the university
- through taking part in a variety of university-sponsored contests, such as the Youth Festival, Quiz Competitions, Debate Competitions, and Elocution Competitions

Health checkup:
A yearly health check-up is arranged for college students to offer medical assistance. The institution has made the health check-up mandatory for all students, citing medical education training and awareness as the primary objection.
