At the very outset, I wish to extend my warm welcome to you into the family of R. C. Patel Arts, Science and Commerce college. It would indeed give us immense pleasure to have you herewith us so that we can travel with right people at right direction to achieve our goals.

The past years have flown speedily and I see RCPACS College well entrenched into the map of the North Maharashtra University, excelling both academically and co-curricular wise. Friends you have joined a community that is made up of academicians, administrators and staff, all of whom are dedicated to ensuring that RCP’s highest tradition of learning are a carried out in an informal and friendly climate. (that provides food for stomach, as well as for the mind) RCP offers a place of learning and education to students from all backgrounds with highest academic standards. This is not just a college, but it’s an amazing group of teachers and the students who work. It is privilege to study here with all exciting opportunities for social life, the new friends, the wonderful extra-curricular possibilities from sports to social work, from music to community involvement. RCP will help you to reach your dreams.

Today the role of a college is not only to impart knowledge that encompasses the prescribed syllabi of the institution but that of the world beyond the class room. It is the role of the college to build and strengthen character that will not crumble when tested in the crucible of adulthood, and to develop qualities of good leadership that can be employed in the future for the creation of a superior nation. There is an old Chinese adage “When planning for a year, plant corn; When planning for a decade; plant trees; When planning for life, educate people.” RCPACS College has dedicated itself to translating “Educating for Life” into action. RCPASC prides itself on the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual development of its students. It is our constant endeavor to shape well-rounded personalities that will contribute positively to the world around them.

For the development of all round personality of our students, we work tirelessly and carefully to assemble a diversified calendar of events each year that fits into the scheduled time frame of the academic year. We aim at providing sufficient opportunities to each student to discover and understand themselves, and face and overcome challenges presented to them to make college life fulfilling and complete. The aim behind all our co-curricular and academic activities is not only to impart bookish knowledge but to provide the environment for young minds to take wing. It is the role of a college to instill desirable qualities in our students and this can be done when we provide appropriate situations, required individuals to step up to be leaders when the need arises. At RCPASC, we like to empower our children to be the best they can be.

Being a comparatively a new college we have had to work very hard to be what we are today. I often tell my staff members and students “If you not number one – you have to strive harder”. RCPACS College started with its foundation stone being laid 20 years back in 1991. We had a humble beginning with 1 classroom and 25 students, but with hard work and dedication we have been able to make giant strides. Today we have over 1500 students and one of the most modern infrastructures. We can today boast one of the most modern science labs, computer lab, life science labs, library, activity rooms and smart classrooms. The college has also been able to construct the new floor which has added several new classrooms to the present infrastructure. The college is facilitated with high speed internet connectivity on campus. We have LCD’s for ICT learning in classrooms which make teaching and learning more interactive and exciting.

In the past twenty years, the RCPACS College has grown not only in strength and size but in levels of excellence also. It is noteworthy that the college has received Permanent affiliation from the North Maharashtra University Jalgaon. Our college is also recognized by UGC Under section 2(f) and 12(b) and now we are fit to get UGC grants for research and academic developments. Our Many teachers have achieved Ph.D. degrees in their subjects. This was only possible due to the dedication of the management and staff who have worked with a lot of zeal towards this end. It pays to pursue excellence and to paraphrase our president Hon. Bhupeshbhai Patel, “Excellence is the unlimited ability to improve the quality of what we have to offer”. This is our ethos at the RCPACS College where we try and excel at everything that we do, be it academic or co-curricular activities.

The college is committed to give its pupils a solid foundation in a nurturing environment, one that will allow their natural gifts to unfold and make learning a pleasurable experience. It will be our privilege to make your child’s transition to our college smooth and enjoyable and we look forward to enriching your child’s learning years with fun and interactive education.

We have created an environment to enable young people to fulfill their potential while developing into well mannered, well groomed, independent individuals with high self esteem. Our College is committed to provide an educational experience that is the richest, most diverse and most exciting in an atmosphere that provides support, encouragement and care for every child. Our curriculum is broad and balanced and provides for the academic, moral, physical, creative and personal and social development of every child. Our college being affiliated to the North Maharashtra University follows the university syllabus. Special emphasis is put on English Language and career oriented courses.
