Departmental Library
Department of English has its own library. It has tie-up with the main library of the college. It has a compact collection of the text books, reference books and dictionaries which are required during actual teaching –learning process. The department borrows the books from the main library of the college.These books are made available for the students during the lectures and in the free time for the students. In addition, the books from the personal library of the faculty are made available in the departmental library.
Objectives:
- To create the literary ambience in the department
- To avail the required books easily and quickly
- To promote the students to access the books
- To shift the students from googlization to actual reading experience
- To develop the creative, critical and aesthetic skills of the pupils
